Mavel's Bodybench program provides in-depth analysis of the design and associated processes of selected car bodies: frame plus fenders and closures (doors, tailgate, hood, ….).
Five bodies will be studied by the programme in 2007.
The analyses are tailored to the needs of the automotive industry:
carmakers and their suppliers.
The objective is to give programe partners a detailed, professional high value-added analysis at a low cost.
This program sho ld enable members to replace planned analyses ones and/or complement their own analyses with additional professional high value-added information at a low cost.

The exhibition includes:
- Meeting and exhibition at Mavel's Technical Centre, MAVTECH
(one day per vehicle), including a presentation by Mavel
and enabling participants: 2 representatives of each member company to view parts
- An opportunity to examine the body in white.
Notably for engineering, sales and purchasing representatives
from
the member company
- Display of the car
- Participants can view the dismantled vehicle with support
from Mavel’s staff who are on hand to answer questions
- Participants can take photos and films.
- Comparison with 2 other comparable cars
- In-depth examination of the vehicles studied with support
from Mavel
